PORTFOLIO

This project included a full renovation of floors sixteen and seventeen in the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Raleigh. Each floor was completely demolished and built back with new, state of the art, high end finishes. European Addotta glass fronts were installed on multiple conference rooms and select offices. A new grand stairway off of the elevator lobby was installed to encourage collaboration between floors. Millwork panels, granite, porcelain floors, and glass accents accompanied the lobby, which highlights a view of the state capital. The design was focused around the millennial work force, and included collaborative break rooms, state of the art technology and energy efficient lighting and equipment. The project was completed while the client occupied the adjacent floors.
