A masterpiece of design and craftmanship

As one of the largest lounges in the Centurion series, the space showcases luxury and craftsmanship. High-end finishes, multiple lounge areas, and a full-service bar and kitchen bring locally inspired Southern flavors to life. Imported Italian tile, a striking three-layered bar ceiling, and fragile fiberglass light fixtures—carefully transported by ground and sea—add to its refined design. A lush living plant wall and a hand-painted mural from a New York artist enhance the ambiance. In contrast, a custom walnut feature wall embossed with the American Express logo creates a distinctive and welcoming touch.

Precision planning in a high-security airport environment

Construction within an active airport requires meticulous logistics and coordination. Every team member underwent Federal background checks and CDIA & TSA security clearance, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance. Collaboration was essential, as the project aligned with three other General Contractors sharing a single loading dock while an extensive food court renovation occurred below the lounge space. Over 30 weeks of construction, careful planning, expert craftsmanship, and unwavering attention to detail brought this project to life.

You should be very proud of the team that you guys have. Even with simple items, the team is willing to go out of their way and actually work it out with us to provide the best of the best for the client. It is rare and unique to receive this kind of involvement from construction teams.
