The 40,000 SF upfit in Charlotte’s vibrant South End neighborhood serves over 400 students and provides innovative training spaces for nursing, speech pathology, and health sciences programs. The project breaks the mold of traditional university design by incorporating experiential learning and flexible spaces to foster collaboration between students and faculty. With biophilic design elements, abundant natural light, and views of the outdoors, this space emphasizes the university’s commitment to sustainability, wellness, and community engagement. LEED Gold certification highlights its environmental stewardship, making it a model for green design in higher education. The project achieved a 34.6% reduction in indoor water use through the installation of low flow/flush fixtures.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Barringer regarding the use of the Website. The Privacy Policy statement (as modified by Barringer from time to time) is incorporated in this Agreement by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
PREVAILING PARTY. In any action to enforce these Terms of Use, Barringer will be entitled to recover its legal expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, legal assistants’ fees, costs, and expenses from you of all court costs (including bankruptcy proceedings and appeals) in addition to any other relief to which Barringer is entitled.
